Systems I'm building — Two First-of-Its-Kind Ventures
The ventures I build are bets on better systems. Tarié modernizes how government operates. Comms modernizes the stories that shape behavior. Same founder, same systems-lens approach to African development.
Modernizing Governance Systems
Designing Africa's first AI-powered governance intelligence infrastructure.
The Thesis
Nigeria's governance framework was inherited from a colonial administration over 80 years ago and remains fundamentally unchanged from colonial-era systems. In the decades since independence, political systems have changed hands repeatedly, but the underlying architecture has remained largely unchanged. There is still no standardized, accessible channel through which citizens can report failures, propose solutions, and influence the policies that affect their everyday lives. This gap has persisted across administrations, parties, and decades.
The problem is structural and systemic. So is our solution — two interconnected products, a unified Governance OS.
Citizens generate signal → AI synthesises it → government receives and acts → citizens see accountability → trust in institutions is rebuilt.
Repairing Systems Through Story
Building the connective tissue between African capital, stories, and creators — using entertainment to repair broken systems.
People don't lack values — they lack cultural evidence that those values lead to good outcomes.
Comms was selected for the African Impact Initiative's accelerator bootcamp. It connects large capital institutions, citizens, and creative talent to produce globally distributed content with coordinated behavioral intent — turning entertainment into a delivery system for civic values.
Unlike policy (which requires enforcement) or infrastructure (which requires maintenance), cultural change through entertainment is self-sustaining at zero marginal cost once distributed.
How they fit together
